The Construction Leadership Council develops the next generation of construction leaders by providing educational programs, networking opportunities, project tours, community service initiatives, and leadership development for professionals under 40. Members build valuable relationships while preparing for future leadership roles within their companies and the industry.

Labor Relations Division

The Labor Relations Division represents and supports signatory contractors by developing labor negotiation strategies and addressing issues affecting union contractors throughout the year. The committee plays a critical role in collective bargaining and labor relations advocacy.

Participation is limited to signatory contractors who assign bargaining rights to AGC MA.

Participation is limited to non-signatory member companies.
