The AGC MA Anchor Program is designed to strengthen relationships between AGC MA and every member firm. Through personalized outreach and ongoing engagement, the program helps members maximize the value of their membership, stay connected to Association resources, and build lasting relationships within the AGC community.
Building Women in Construction (BWiC)Â
Building Women in Construction (BWiC) connects, empowers, and supports women across the construction industry through professional development, networking, mentorship, and educational programming. The committee is committed to fostering an inclusive industry where women can grow, lead, and thrive.
Communications Advisory CommitteeÂ
The Communications Advisory Committee helps shape AGC MA's voice by developing timely, relevant industry content and educational resources. The committee oversees publications including Building Best Practices (BBP) and Future Builders: Insight & News, keeping members, educators, students, and the broader community informed about the construction industry.
Committee For Diversity and Inclusion (CFDI)Â
The Committee for Diversity & Inclusion works to advance a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive construction industry. Through education, collaboration, and advocacy, the committee supports member companies in creating workplaces that value different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
Construction Leadership CouncilÂ
The Construction Leadership Council develops the next generation of construction leaders by providing educational programs, networking opportunities, project tours, community service initiatives, and leadership development for professionals under 40. Members build valuable relationships while preparing for future leadership roles within their companies and the industry.
HR Committee
The HR Committee brings together human resources professionals to share best practices, discuss emerging workplace trends, and address the evolving challenges of managing today's workforce. Members also contribute to AGC MA's Salary and Benefits Surveys, providing valuable benchmarking data for the industry.
The Labor Relations Division represents and supports signatory contractors by developing labor negotiation strategies and addressing issues affecting union contractors throughout the year. The committee plays a critical role in collective bargaining and labor relations advocacy.
Participation is limited to signatory contractors who assign bargaining rights to AGC MA.
Legislative Advocacy Committee
The Legislative Advocacy Committee helps shape AGC MA's public policy priorities by identifying, evaluating, and advocating for legislation that supports a strong construction industry. Members work together to ensure the industry's voice is represented on important issues at both the state and local levels.
The Open Shop Council provides a forum for non-signatory contractors to discuss the issues, opportunities, and challenges facing open shop construction in both the public and private sectors. The council advocates for policies and resources that support the success of open shop firms.
Participation is limited to non-signatory member companies.
The Program Advisory Committee helps shape AGC MA's educational programs, events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Members identify emerging industry trends and develop innovative programming that delivers meaningful value to the membership.
The Sustainability Advisory Committee advances sustainable construction practices by promoting education, innovation, and collaboration. The committee helps members integrate sustainability into project planning, construction operations, and long-term business strategies while supporting Building Excellence.
