Karellis Rivera is the Workforce Strategy Program Manager at Commodore Builders, where she leads strategic initiatives at the intersection of workforce development, diversity, inclusion, business opportunity, and public sector compliance. She brings more than a decade of construction industry experience, including 10 years managing subcontractor prequalification and Master Subcontract agreements. In her current role, Karellis works with project leadership, subcontractors, and public agencies to translate complex workforce and compliance requirements into practical strategies that strengthen project performance and expand access to opportunity.

Tammi Gott is Director of New Business + Compliance at TOCCI, where she leads the company’s subcontractor prequalification and vetting process. She builds relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners while guiding them through TOCCI’s prequalification requirements before qualifying them for the company’s trade partner database. Tammi is an active participant in AGC MA’s Building Women in Construction (BWiC) and Committee for Diversity and Inclusion (CFDI) and was named the 2026 AGC MA Champion Award recipient.

Cathy Urban has been with Dellbrook for 11 years, beginning her career in Estimating before moving into Project Administration. Four years ago, she transitioned into her current role as Risk Manager, where she oversees insurance, risk management, and contractor prequalification efforts.
