Labor Relations
The AGC MA Labor Relations Division (LRD) represents member firms that are signed to one or more of the basic trades. This includes the following:
- Collective Bargaining Negotiations
- Labor Agreement Interpretation
- Labor & Jurisdictional Disputes
- Labor Mediations & Arbitrations
In addition, the LRD maintains a permanent seat on the AGC MA Board of Directors and is responsible for trustee appointments to a number of jointly managed union trust funds and employer industry funds.
