HR Committee
The mission of the HR committee is to serve as a forum for sharing best practices in all areas of HR as well as offering input for the Salary Survey and the Benefits Survey that will go out to the members.
Committee Information
Meetings are held: The HR Committee meets virtually every third Thursday of each month, with a break for summer.
Requirements for joining: Constructor or subcontractor member
The HR Committee serves as a dynamic forum for the exchange of insights, strategies, and best practices across all realms of Human Resources in the construction industry. Comprising a diverse group of HR professionals from General Contractors, Construction Management and Subcontractor firms, our committee is dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within HR practices.
The HR Committee allows emerging construction professionals to:
- Engage in meaningful discussions.
- Delve into emerging trends.
- Gather valuable insights from fellow colleagues.
This collaborative environment empowers our members to stay up to date with industry developments, improve their skills, and elevate the standard of HR excellence within the construction industry.
The HR Committee plays a pivotal role in shaping the industry compensation strategies through its involvement in the Salary Survey process. By offering valuable input, analysis, and recommendations, committee members contribute information to help shape industry benchmarks.
