2026 Innovation Summit: “Subcontractor Pre-qualification Risk Intelligence”

2:45-3:45 p.m. "Subcontractor Pre-qualification Risk Intelligence"

Strong subcontractor selection goes beyond the lowest bid. This session explores how financial health, workforce capacity, safety performance, and project experience can inform prequalification and reveal potential risks. Learn how to turn that information into better decisions, identify warning signs early, and strengthen project teams before commitments are made.
