AGC of Massachusetts Scholarships
AGC of Massachusetts is proud to be able to offer scholarships to deserving men and women pursuing a course of study in construction-related fields. Member firms are encouraged to make this form and its guidelines available to all their employees and their family members. Announcements and forms are also given to area colleges and universities that have civil engineering and construction management programs. Deadline for submitting information is June of each year.

AGC of America Scholarships
The AGC Education and Research Foundation's 2008 Scholarship and Awards Programs will open in early summer. You will be able to download an application or go online for the scholarship applications.
College sophomores and juniors enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time, four or five-year ABET or ACCE-accredited construction or civil engineering program are eligible to apply. College seniors enrolled in an undergraduate construction or civil engineering degree program, or others possessing an undergraduate degree in construction or civil engineering degree program are eligible to apply.
Our renewable undergraduate scholarships are worth $2,500 per year for each year of undergraduate study. The Saul Horowitz, Jr. Memorial Graduate Award, the Heffner Scholarships for Graduate Students and the Smith, Currie, and Hancock Graduate Award are worth $7,500 each, paid in two installments of $3,750. Other award programs are the James L. Allhands Essay Contest and the Outstanding Educator Award.
The deadline date for all scholarship and awards programs is November. The website is www.agcfoundation.org.
