TITLE: Project Management Coordinator
CLASSIFIED AD: Sagamore Plumbing & Heating Inc is seeking a full time Project Management Coordinator.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing administrative support to Project Managers.
Preparing RFIs and Operating and Maintenance manuals.
Securing permits.
Coordinating project start ups.
Set-up and maintaining jobs in Timberline.
Processing change orders.
Processing and maintaining insurance certificates and documentation.
Establishing, maintaining and updating project contract reports and worksheets.
Taking on special projects as needed and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualified candidate must have 2 to 5 years experience in an administrative capacity. She/he must work well independently and as part of a team, be detail oriented and have excellent phone and organizational skills. Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience with Timberline Software and a construction and/or mechanical background is strongly preferred but not required. We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package.
