I. POSITION DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE
The Director of Construction Management is responsible for monitoring all capital projects approved by the Board of Directors to receive a grant from the MSBA, through final completion and audit by the MSBA for compliance with the terms of the Project Funding Agreement (“PFA”) as well as the policies and procedures of the MSBA. The Director of Construction Management works with the Director of Capital Planning and the Director of Project and Construction Management to develop processes and procedures which assist in the proper management and oversight of the MSBA’s capital program.
