Position description

Currently, we are seeking a Associate Project Manager to join our Project Development Service team in Boston, MA. 

Position Summary:

•     Works as part of the Project Team, assisting with the development and management of budget scope and schedule for project work

•     Provide superior client service

•     Contribute to the growth of the company by maintaining high client satisfaction scores and quality relationships with contractors and vendors.

•     Enhance own professional and personal skills

This position will focus primarily on the financial operations of our Construction Markets (Boston, Washington, DC and Chicago). You will have daily interaction with construction managers & the operations management team. An ideal candidate has construction or real estate knowledge and is extremely detail oriented with strong prioritization skills. 

Has responsibility for the coordination and administration of a variety of construction management tasks for capital projects under construction

The Director of Construction Management is responsible for monitoring all capital projects approved by the Board of Directors to receive a grant from the MSBA, through final completion and audit by the MSBA for compliance with the terms of the Project Funding Agreement (“PFA”) as well as the policies and procedures of the MSBA.

Project Management Coordinator - Qualified candidate must have 2 to 5 years experience in an administrative capacity.  She/he must work well independently and as part of a team, be detail oriented and have excellent phone and organizational skills.

NortheasternUniversityis currently seeking an Assistant Vice President - Planning Design and Construction to lead the world-class organization through its next and future master plans during a time of change and growth of the institution.  The University is in the process of transitioning to a hybrid budget model that has led to the expectation that the planning, design, and construction department will need to reinvent itself with an increased focus on client interface and inter-university communication.  The Assistant Vice President will be tasked with structuring the department to affect this change and leading the department through the change.
