Controller position:

A growing  10 year old GC & wireless telecommunication company, located Southwest of Boston is seeking a Controller with minimum of 10 years experience in Construction Accounting.   Must have a thorough working knowledge of payroll, Payables, Billings, project accounting, cost to complete reporting, and cash management.  Monthly preparation of the WIP, financial statements and the preparation of annual budgets are required.  Must be familiar with aspects of HR, IT, Employee benefit programs, property and casualty insurance programs.

Richard White Sons, Inc. a fourth generation, family -owned and managed construction management / general contracting firm that provides services to an array of clients within the greater Boston area is in search of a full time Virtual Design Construction (VDC) Engineer.

The Purpose of the Position:

•     The VDC Engineer will report to the Engineering Department, but play an intricate part of the day-to-day operations throughout the entire company.

Jones Lang LaSalle requires a Finance Manager who, as an extension of the Construction Operating Officer (COO), to facilitate business operations, will interface with construction personnel, will work with other business units, and will interact with vendors, clients and conduit relationships of the Firm.  The role will assist with operating the local construction divisions and support the national growth of the construction business, so that Jones Lang LaSalle can grow market share.  In addition, the Finance Manager will preserve and increase operating margins through efficient operation of the business.

PART TIME ESTIMATOR – STEEL FABRICATION & MISC METALS
Estimator wanted for a growing welding company. Must have minimum 5 years’ experience within the steel/welding industry and previous experience reading engineering/architectural drawings.
