OSHA 10-hour -AIA 10.0 HSW/CES
OSHA 10-hour classes are now required to be completed in two days:
- January 31 -3:00 pm-9:00 pm
- February 1 - 7:00 am-1:00 pm

The OSHA 10-Hour Training program is a safety and health hazard recognition and prevention course for the Construction Industry and is designed to help individuals comply with federal OSHA requirements and reduce a company's risk of fines and penalties resulting from OSHA violations.
The course will focus on hazard awareness, hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention. Chris Ziegler will offer visual aids and real-life situations and experiences during training. Topics covered will include the following:
Introduction to OSHA
OSHA Focus Four Hazards
- Fall Protection
- Electrical
- Struck By
- Caught in/between
Personal Protective and Lifesaving Equipment
Health Hazards in Construction—e.g. noise, hazard communication and silica
Scaffolds
Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Elevators, and Conveyors
Excavations
Stairways and ladders
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will receive a 10-hour card and certificate of training. OSHA 10-Hour Programs include meals, beverages, handout materials, attendance certificate. Payment must be made by check or credit card (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard) prior to the class.
OSHA 1926 Construction Standards - 2007 edition and "What Every Supervisor Must Know About OSHA" manuals are available for purchase for an additional $25.00 per manual.
