Introducing Lean Into Your Work Strategies

Join AGC as we look at work flow processes that will increase your productivity in the office and on the job site.  Some of the methods that are part of LEAN Construction you may have already incorporated into your daily working life. This two-part series will introduce you to the total process of thinking Lean and the benefits that you can derive by adopting these methods.

Follow the life of a construction project from contracting, subcontractor selection and trade partners using lean methods such as target Value Design and commitment-based approaches to plan and manage the work. This first program will provide participants with a foundation for improving the performance of their projects and their companies.
