OSHA Helpline
As contractor members, many of you have devoted a great deal of time, energy and expertise in maintaining a safety program for the well being of your employees. We all know that the construction industry is inherently one of the most dangerous industries in which to work. Due to its very nature and its high visibility, it is the most common target for OSHA inspections.  Chris Ziegler, AGC's Director of Safety is available to make certain your processes and procedures meet and exceed the guidelines established by OSHA.

The AGC OSHA HELPLINE has also been established to assist you with legal advice and suggestions on how to guide any member through this process. There is no cost or obligation on your part for the call to Attorney Miriam McKendall at Holland & Knight LLP.

Open Shop

Open Shop contractors are faced with a number of issues that uniquely affect your business operations, including labor and employment relations. In order to protect your rights, you need to be vigilant and have access to immediate and effective legal advice.

The AGC Open Shop Council, in conjunction with Carol Chandler, Esquire, Stoneman, Chandler & Miller LLP, has established an Open Shop Helpline to assist you with legal advice. The AGC Open Shop Helpline consultations are limited to three FREE 15-minute phone calls per year.
