- AGC Autonomous Divisions: Labor Policy Committee
Available to any AGC member with a collective bargaining agreement, the Committee addresses the issues of labor negotiations, contract interpretation, and all other issues affecting the signatory contractor.

- AGC/ASM Contractor Relations
Develops positions and programs that bring about a better understanding of the issues affecting both GC/CMs and subcontractors.
- AGC/BSA Integrated Project Delivery Group
This committee brings the total project team together to explore the opportunities and challenges of IPD. Co-chairs John Tocci, Tocci Corporation and Chris Leary, Kling/Stubbins.
Meetings at BSA, 52 Broad Street, the first Wednesday of each month from 8:00-10:00 am
- Building Code Interest Group
Recommends Association action and educates members on all matters relating to the State Building Code, its interpretations and enforcement by state and municipal officials.
- Business Development/Marketing/Public Relations
Provides a forum through round table discussions and invited guest speakers on marketing trends, techniques, and the value of marketing in a construction firm today; initiates programs of interest to members.
- Environmental - C&D Waste
Monitors developments relative to state and federal regulations affecting construction sites such as storm water run-off, C&D waste removal and transport, recycling, landfill issues and solid waste market generation. Meets with State DEP and Federal EPA officials to present the viewpoint of the construction industry.
- Fiscal Affairs & HR
Monitors developments and issues relating to human resources, administrative, taxation and financial affairs affecting construction companies, and advises member firms through workshops and special bulletins. Chair, Mark Simoneau,

- Government Relations
Establishes and implements legislative policy at the state level; promotes greater awareness of the legislative process to member firms, serves as the liaison between AGC and public awarding authorities and promotes a greater awareness of AGC to the Legislative and Executive branches of government.
- Insurance - Bonding Group
Monitors developments both nationally and regionally concerning the insurance and surety industry and furnishes appropriate information, workshops, and materials to members; maintains an active working liaison with the State Rating Bureau and appropriate regulatory agencies.
