Chair, AGC of Massachusetts Bob has over 30 years in the construction industry from sales and estimating to project management. He founded Senate Construction in 1990 to offer his clients more complete real estate development needs. Bob has a BS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. |

Vice Chair, AGC of Massachusetts With a BS in Civil Engineering from Union College, Jeff joined Campanelli Companies in 1983 as a Project Manager and is now a Partner in the Company as well as President of Campanelli Associates Construction Corporation. Jeff has supervised the construction of over 14 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail development. Jeff’s duties include land development, community relations, project cost analysis, and permitting. |

Treasurer, AGC of Massachusetts Joe is founder and CEO of Commodore Builders. He is a Registered Professional Engineer, with a BSCE from UMass Lowell and an MBA from Boston University. His career in construction has included positions with A.J. Martini, Macomber and Shawmut, founding Commodore in 2002. In 2007, Joe served in the Middle East leading the 22nd Naval Construction Regiment (fwd), he retired from the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps as a Captain in September 2009. |

Richard Amster, Director of Campus Planning, Engineering and Construction (CPEC) Dick Amster joined the MIT Department of Facilities in November of 2007 as the Director of Campus Planning, Engineering and Construction (CPEC). Dick leads a staff of 60 plus employees in the delivery of capital, renewal, energy efficiency, and space reorganization projects. Prior to MIT, he spent 26 years with Turner Construction Company. He holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard and an MBA from Columbia. |

Danielle Arciero Danielle joined Consigli Construction Co., Inc. in 2008 after completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture and Design at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She began her role at Consigli in pre-construction services, involved in design-build and pre-planning activities. Currently, as BIM Coordinator, her focus at Consigli has become the implementation of virtual design and construction processes across Consigli projects. |

Timothy Bonfatti Principal and COO, Compass Project Management, Inc. After eight years as the President and a Principal/COO of the RF Walsh Co., Inc. and RF Walsh Project Management Inc., Tim Bonfatti started Compass Project Management, Inc. to provide results-oriented project and construction management services to clients in the private and public sector. Tim is the 2009 Chairman of the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts, a member of the Board of Overseers for the Boston Architectural College, and serves on the Medfield School Committee. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar. |

Mark David Mark David is the President of Jones Lang LaSalle Construction and is responsible for establishing and executing the strategic direction of the business in the United States. Prior to his appointment as President, Mark served as the Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Construction’s operations in New England for 10 years. Mark holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Lowell and is currently serving as President of the Massachusetts Building Congress. |

Brian Fitzsimons Brian Fitzsimons is the President of Dec-Tam Corporation and has been in the environmental remediation business for over 30 years. A twenty year veteran employee, he took over as President of Dec-Tam Corporation in 2005. Brian holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Mathematics from Trinity College in Dublin Ireland, and a MBA from Boston College. |

Denise Frias Denise joined the family business after working as an assistant to the city project manager on a 100 million dollar library in San Francisco. She has worked in the firm as an accounting specialist, contract compliance coordinator, human resources manager and business development manager for the last 14 years. Denise has a BS in Marketing and is presently earning a second degree in Accounting & Finance from Northeastern University. |

John Lauring John Lauring has grown up working for the Lauring family-owned business. He is presently the Chief Executive Officer and has experience in all aspects of operating a smaller-sized construction firm. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and a director of Commonwealth National Bank. Mr. Lauring received a BSCE degree from Tufts University in 1976 and earned a JD degree in 1984 from Western New England College of Law.

Angus Leary Angus Leary is the Chief Operating Officer Suffolk Construction’s Boston office in the Northeast region. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in support of Suffolk’s mission and vision, and enhancing internal organization processes and infrastructure in the northeast headquarters office to ensure continuous growth. Angus is an advocate of leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to enhance the performance of his project teams and provide added value to his clients and their projects. Angus graduated Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. |

Joel Lewin As Chair of the Construction Law Group, Joel's primary focus has been representing general contractors, owners and subcontractors in complex litigation. His practice concentrates on heavy civil projects including tunnels, bridges, highways, wastewater-treatment plants, as well as office buildings, shopping centers, power plants, hospitals, schools, courthouses, airports and marine projects. Joel received his BA from Rutgers University and his JD from Boston College. |

Maureen McDonough is both an engineer and an attorney with more than twenty-five years of experience in the area of program management including procurement, project delivery, risk management, claims management, construction audits, labor relations, and other related areas. She is currently the Director of Program Administration for the Allston Development Group at Harvard University. |

David Perini Dave's construction career spans nearly 5 decades. He was employed by Perini Corporation for 37 years, 27 of which were as its Chairman and President. Upon his retirement in 2000, Dave was appointed Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and served as Commissioner of DCAM until 2011 when he retired. Dave is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Boston College Law School. |

Bob Petrucelli, Executive Committee Bob has been the President & CEO of AGC of Massachusetts since 1987. He received his BA from Saint Anselm College in 1975 and MBA from Western New England College in1986. He has served on numerous State House task forces, including the Public Construction Reform Commission. Bob is currently Vice Chairman of the Chapter Executive Leadership Council, the formal organization of AGC’s 95 Chapters. |

Lisa Wexler, Immediate Past Chair Lisa Wexler is the third generation of the Wexler family responsible for the stewardship of ELAINE Construction Company, Newton, Mass. Lisa is a graduate of UVM and Harvard’s Executive MBA program. Recent honors include: 2008 Enterprising Women’s Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year; 2009 New England Women Business Owners Entrepreneur of the Year; 2009 Northeastern University Center for Family Business Marshall Paisner Award Winner. |

Don White Don represents the fourth generation of family overseeing the operations at Richard White Sons. Don joined the firm in 1976 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Don has worked in all aspects of the business in his 30 plus years at Richard White Sons, still remaining actively involved on many projects. |

Paul J. Stella Mr. Stella, a graduate of Northeastern University, founded the company in 1971. He currently concentrates his efforts on long-range strategic planning, in addition to fostering and maintaining adherence to the firm’s founding principles of skill, integrity, responsibility and trust. Mr. Stella is a past 2-term president of AGC/MA, in addition to serving as national Treasurer of AGC/America, executive board member and past chairman of the building division, he is also a national life member of the Board of Directors. |

He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Boston Society of Architects and for many years has served as a director of Friends of Boston’s Homeless. O’Connor Jr. Tom joined O’Connor Constructors after 8 years of supervising construction projects in the United States, Greenland, Afghanistan and Vietnam with the Army Corps of Engineers. Beginning as a project manager for a variety of projects (Including Health, Power, Educational, Medical, Aviation, and Commercial), he took on increasing responsibilities leading to the Presidency of this 4th generation family-owned firm. |
