    Restaurant Construction 101

    This course will cover five crucial aspects of the commercial kitchen construction process including: feasibility/code compliance, design, plan review, construction, and acceptance & testing. Learn about exhaust options, Pollution Control  requirements, solid fuels, Make-up air, gas and electric services, sanitary connections including gravity versus pumps, sound separation requirements, zoning and required fixture count. Review the HVAC and plumbing design and requirements. Examine the health review, permitting, schedule, structural and mechanical equipment and coring.
