    AGC Certificate of Management Building Information

    For AEC professionals, the AGC Certificate of Management Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM) is an assessment-based certificate credential that denotes the knowledge and understanding of concepts related to BIM adoption, practice and process transformation outlined in the AGC BIM Education Program. Successful candidates will carry the CM-BIM designation.

    Building Systems for the Construction Professional

    Further your career by understanding MEP and the life safety systems of a building. Series instructors are professionals working in each sector of the industry and will offer insight based on actual experience. Attend one program or the entire series.

    Lean Construction Program

    This is a certificate program that consists of 7 Units. Following the completion of all 7 units, individuals will have a deep knowledge of both the theory and application of Lean Construction and be able to sit for an exam to earn AGC's Certificate of Management - Lean Construction (CM-LC) credential.

    LEED AP Building Design + Construction

    LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and was developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) to set a benchmark for design, construction, and operation of high-performance green buildings. LEED Accreditation is a personal endeavor for green building professionals who want to validate their understanding of the LEED Certification process and increase their marketability. LEED Accredited Professionals (APs) come from all different disciplines, such as architecture, construction, engineering, facility maintenance, urban planning, and interior design.

    LEED Green Associate

    The LEED Green Associate exam prep course provides students with a general knowledge of green design, construction, and operations for commercial and residential buildings. The course prepares students to be successful on the LEED Green Associate exam by explaining and demonstrating the LEED Green Associate Knowledge and Task Domains.

    Construction Supervisors License (CSL) Renewal Institute

    Massachusetts has mandated that all holders of Supervisors' Licenses in the state be required to take 12 hours of classes every two years before you renew your license. There are five mandatory one-hour classes.


    Massachusetts Construction Advancement Program (MCAP)

    75% Reimbursement for MCAP Contributors
    All AGC Members, MCAP-contributing firms, who are signed to the full (standard) agreements, will receive 75% reimbursement of their registration fees on qualifying programs—up to a maximum of $4,000 per program—after full registration is paid to AGC MA. Attendance is required to be eligible for reimbursement.
