• A Way With Words: Networking with Ease

    • Share:
Think you’ve heard it all before?  You know the importance of networking to your career, to your ability to make friends and influence people, to connect others.  You’ve attended seminars and sessions, and still you are no silver-tongued goddess.  Let’s talk turkey, because the holidays are right around the corner, and whether you are sitting around the table at Thanksgiving dinner, or contemplating the next Ugly Sweater Party you’ve been invited to with dread, you can forget about tuning up your pipes for some whining, or resorting to hiding beneath the covers this season…you need to network.

Don a pretty dress, ditch your bubble gum, and pour yourself a glass of bubbly, it’s time to be the bell of the conversation ball.  It’s as easy as saying:  “Hello my name is…Giselle Bundchen.  Ok, maybe not that easy, but I promise you, after attending Julie Brown’s – Honing Your Networking Skills Session, being put on by AGC MA’s Building Woman in Construction,  you’ll be armed with all the tips and tricks you need to walk confidently into that next holiday soiree like you were hitting the catwalk at Paris Fashion Week.  While we can’t promise you Tom Brady will be in the front row cheering you on, we think bells will be ringing.

If this is the first invite you accept this season, it might be the greatest gift you’ll receive.  To me from me with love….just what I always wanted.  Peace of mind, the gift for gab, and a new friend or two.
