AGC/DCAM Working Group

AGC has been facilitating an AGC/DCAM working group for the last eight months to talk about CM at Risk, contract issues and procurement processes.  Mike Lambert, director of Construction and Deputy Commissioner Mike McKimmey took part in the sessions with a number of AGC members who are interested in public sector work.  One meeting was devoted to M/WBE goals with Susan Goldfischer from DCAM talking about the successes they have been having and lauded a number of contractors who have met or exceeded the M/WBE goals recently.

There is a state Disparity Study that will be coming out this year and Susan will be back to discuss the findings of that report.
